Everyone at Regal Drapes takes great pride in our work. From your personal designer and our skilled artisans to the team who carefully packs your order, we all strive to bring you the “Regal Experience”.
We genuinely want every client to be thrilled with the beautiful drapes, Roman shades, valances and pillows we
handmake
in our workroom in Morristown, New Jersey.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your custom drapery for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund for your custom drapes, Roman shades, valances and pillows.* Custom drapery hardware can be returned for a 50% refund.
All returns must arrive in new condition, in the original packaging in which the order was shipped.
Give our customer service team a call at 1-800-256-5005 or email at customercare@regaldrapes.com for a Return Authorization and ship the product back to us.
* The return policy does not apply to any return/refund based on fabric selection, if the customer has not seen a fabric sample or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed. We will not provide refunds for COM and custom fabric purchased outside our collection.
MEASUREMENT GUARANTEE
In the event of a mismeasure there are ways that we can alter your drapery free of charge within 15 days of order receipt. Beyond that date, we will assess an alteration fee based on the design and the alteration request.
