Measuring Instructions

MEASURING FOR CUSTOM DRAPERY
|
|
If you don't have a drapery rod or track installed.
|
 |
Window(or Door) Width(A)
Measure the width of your window(or door) including the outer molding.
Window(or Door) Height(B)
Measure the height of your window(or door) including the outer molding.
Ceiling Height(C)
The height from the ceiling to the floor. If you have crown molding measure from the bottom of the crown molding to the floor.
Height From Floor(D)
Measure from the bottom of the window molding to the floor.
For doors this height will be 0 inches.
Once you have your measurements you can now design your draperies online.

Rod Width(A)
Measure your drapery rod or track from the left most to the right most end(excluding finials).
Height(B)
Measure from the top of your drapery rod or track to the floor.
Once you have your measurements you can now design your draperies online.

Inside Mount |
Inside Mount
The roman shade is mounted inside a recessed window opening.
Width(A)
Exact window opening width.
(Our Production team will make all the deductions needed to make the roman shade fit inside the window)
Height(B)
Exact window opening height.
(Our Production team will make all the deductions needed to make the roman shade fit inside the window)

Outside Mount |
Outside Mount
The roman shade is mounted outside a window opening to trim or the wall.
Width(A)
Enter the exact width of your window (including outside trim). Our system will automatically add 2” to each side to allow for your Roman Shades to extend past the window for a more finished look for extra light blocking and energy performance.
Height(B)
Enter the exact height of your window (including outside trim). Our system will automatically add 4” to the height of your extended Roman Shade to allow for your Roman Shade to be installed above your window trim if you choose to do so.
